The young lady whom I believe is the manager has such a kind spirit. She was very welcoming and made sure my order was correct The establishment was clean and the food was very fresh and good!! I will be back to get some more of their delicious food!
The pizza is DELICIOUS !!!! The wings look BEAUTIFUL and very tasty. The food was delivered HOT!!!! This was my first time buying from this location. Believe me you will hear from me again!!!!
Absolutely love this place. Honestly best pizza around this area. The girls that take our orders are always so nice. I'm surprised that they have gotten bad ratings. I've been living in this area for 4yrs now tried different pizza locations, and this is our go to place for pizza. Closest thing we can find to Chicago style pizza. Wings are good as well, bone in or boneless. And the cheese fries are good as well.
EDIT: A very nice gentleman named Kevin gave us a ring and made things right! Thanks Kevin!! Long story short, there was an issue with ordering Italian beef on the pizza, complicated by other factors. Kevin is now looking into the issue and gave us a way to order my favorite pizza in the meantime :) Thank you!! 10/10 service! And of course, the pizza is delicious too.
The pizza was good. Chose this pizza place to give my fiance a taste of Chicago pizza he liked it very much. Took away 1 star for atmosphere because it’s located near a liquor store and was also very dark inside unsure how staff was inside but phone service was nice. Mozzarella sticks were also good as well. Was enough to feed 2 adults and 1 child with leftovers for the next day.
We are very pleased with Rosati's in Joliet. We have ordered twice and had them deliver to Hollywood Casino Joliet and they were quicker than the one hour they quoted. Delivery person on both occasions were very polite and the food was hot! Even the FF were hot, which are usually lukewarm when they arrive. 5 stars Rosati's. You have gone above and beyond.
We love their pizza but love the meatball subs with garlic butter on bread a bit more than pizza!
I've ordered here twice and each time was consistent and delicious. I've had many thin crust pizzas and this one is one of the best. The attention to detail with added cornmeal and a grease divider between the cardboard is great and saves the pizza when it might sit for a bit. The sauce isn't on the sweeter side and the cheese wasn't too pungent and it melted great. 10/10
